
Returns:
All claims for faulty products are subject to the following conditions and must meet the following criteria before the claim will be considered:
The claim must be made in writing, within seven (7) days of purchase or dispatch from our warehouse.
The claim is less than 5% of the product in question.
The products has not been moved from the original point of delivery.
The products have not been laid.
No returns will be issued for over-ordering.
Samples/Displays:
Sample products or displays are provided as a general guide only. They are provided to give a general idea of the products available, colours, sizings. Coastal Pavers Pty Ltd cannot offer a warranty or guarantee that the products correspond in identical colour, texture with any samples provided.
Product Colour Blending:
Coastal Pavers Pty Ltd use only the finest raw materials available on the market. Slight shade variances between these materials have been know to happen and are uncontrollable. To ensure shade variation is not noticeable, mix products from various pallets to blend these variations. Coastal Pavers Pty Ltd will not be held responsible or accept liability for these shade variations or "patchy" within the product. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are adequately blended when laid.
Efflorescence:
As the water evaporates, it leaves behind a white deposit of mineral salts on the surface.Coastal Pavers Pty Ltd makes every effort possible to minimize this natural occurrence in all our products, however, the use of natural products in the manufacturing process, soils where they pavers are laid and other environmental factors can produce this effect. Coastal Pavers Pty Ltd accept no responsibility or liability for its occurrence.
Product Size Variation:
The sizing stated for our products are a nominated size ONLY. Size variations may occur from time to time due to slight differences in our manufacturing process.
Colour Disclaimer:
While every attempt has been made to produce accurate colour representation, limitations and variations between digital devices and media, may produce a variance in the actual products colour.

At Coastal Pavers, personal information is stored electronically, on paper, or both. Coastal Pavers has physical, electronic and procedural safeguards for personal information and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your information is protected. Data stored electronically is protected by firewalls, and access to electronic records is limited by security levels and passwords. Staff access to information on the computer system is limited and files can be designated read-only or no access.
Your personal information is stored within secure premises. Internally, steps are taken to ensure access to personal information is limited, including filing in a locked cabinet within a secured office.
Please be aware that personal information provided by email may not be secure. If you have any concerns regarding the security of your personal information when sending emails, please provide the information in an alternate form, such as facsimile. We may record your email address if you send us email.
Coastal Pavers uses secure methods to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information when it is no longer needed. Coastal Pavers will retain personal information while it is required for any of its functions, or for any other lawful purpose.
Access & Correction
In most cases, you will be able to gain access to personal information held about you by Coastal Pavers. We may provide you with this information verbally or in writing, as may be appropriate. Where we do not agree to provide you with details of personal information we will give you reasons why.
